Daymap

Daymap is the learner management system which is used by Wirreanda Secondary School. Daymap provides families with a wealth of specific information about their young person’s learning. Most importantly, the Daymap Parent Portal is where your young person’s reports are published at the end of each semester which can be accessed by families at home (hard copy reports are not provided).

Daymap provides you access to:

• your young person’s continual assessment and end of semester reports (refer to our assessment and reporting guidelines)
• your young person’s attendance, both daily and for individual classes
• timetables
• lesson plans, assessment tasks and due dates
• school bulletin notices
• absence notifications
• direct messaging to teachers.

Accessing Parent Portal Instructions

1. Please go to https://wss.daymap.net/DaymapConnect
2. Select ‘Can’t access your account?’
3. Enter your email address (the one used on your student’s enrolment forms). You’ll also need your child’s 6-digit ID number, this can be found on their ID card. If you are unable to find this number please let us know.
4. Click ‘Reset Password’. Daymap will then send you your new Parent Portal Username and password to your email address and a link to set the password (check your spam folder). Your Username will be 4 letters then 2 numbers. Eg ABCD01 If you have previously registered and forgotten your password, please select ‘forgot your password’. You’ll still need your child’s 6-digit ID number. If there are any further issues or the email address you provided is out-of-date please contact the school for assistance.
