OzAsia Dance Performance

As part of the opening of the OzAsia festival 200 students from across Adelaide performed in a pop up performance at the Adelaide train station. Amongst the group were 26 of our students who led the performance which included students from primary and secondary sites.

Choreographed to a piece by Nova Heart, the queen of Beijing rock, also known as the “Blondie of China” the performance was watched by a growing audience in the station.

Students were also exposed to a range of cultural experiences including hands-on visual arts workshops and authentic Chinese dance techniques which they all thoroughly enjoyed.
